Business & Vessel Information

Company VAT Number is only required if you are a VAT-registered business. It allows us to issue a VAT invoice correctly. Leave blank for personal accounts and for non-UK businesses outside the VAT system.

Boat Name or Vehicle Reg. Number identifies the asset the eSIM will be used on — typically the vessel name for marine customers, or vehicle registration for road/RV use.

Application type tells us whether this is leisure, commercial, or another use case. It affects support response priority for Peplink-managed installations.

EuroYacht plans are the standard 5G companion plans for vessels using Clase-provided Peplink routers. They are only compatible with our licensed Peplink hardware.

SuperYacht plans are larger allowances for fleets, large vessels, and operators with higher data demand.

All plans include 42 European countries and 83 network operators with zero speed throttling, on a flexible 30-day rolling term. Overage above the inclusive allowance is billed at £2/GB ex VAT.

Service Acknowledgements

All required

These acknowledgements confirm you understand the key commercial terms before you sign. They are not the full T&Cs — those are downloadable from the Agreement section at the bottom — but they cover the points most likely to surprise customers later.

Peplink licence renewal is mandatory for EuroYacht plans and for any vessel on Clase-managed cellular. It extends the warranty on your Peplink hardware and keeps your traffic management and reporting features active.

I understand that a one-time £50.00 ex VAT eSIM activation fee applies and will be invoiced before the eSIM is provisioned. I understand this is a monthly rolling contract which renews automatically until I ask Clase Connected to suspend or cancel. I understand usage in excess of the monthly allowance is charged at £2.00 per GB ex VAT and that overages are billed in arrears. I understand a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to downgrade or suspend, taking effect from the first of the month following the current billing period. I understand a suspension period of more than 90 days may require a new eSIM to be installed and is subject to a £25.00 ex VAT reactivation fee. I acknowledge that active Peplink licences are mandatory for vessels subscribing to Clase Connected airtime services, and that by signing this agreement I also agree to the mandatory renewal of those licences (which extends the warranty on the Peplink equipment). I understand that UK address holders with a UK bank account are required to pay monthly invoices through GoCardless Direct Debit. The mandate will be set up after the first invoice is issued.

Agreement & Signature

By signing below you confirm that you have read, understand and accept the Clase Connected General Terms and Conditions for cellular eSIM services, and that you have full right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement.

Clase Connected General Terms & Conditions — Summary of Material Terms

This Agreement is between the Customer (you) and Clase Connected Ltd (CCL), a company incorporated in England and Wales. By signing up to or using a cellular package, you indicate that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms — whether or not your signature is present. The full Terms and Conditions are downloadable below and incorporate the CCL Privacy Policy by reference.

Term, Suspension & Termination

The service contract begins on completion of the activation order or first activation, whichever comes first. The contract is monthly rolling and renews automatically. Either party may terminate at any time; suspension or termination takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. A minimum of 7 days' notice is required to downgrade or suspend. Suspension of more than 90 days attracts a £25.00 ex VAT reactivation fee and may require a new eSIM.

Charges & Payment

All prices and fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. A one-time £50.00 ex VAT activation fee applies. Monthly fees are billed in advance; overages and usage are billed in arrears at £2.00 per GB ex VAT. UK customers with a UK bank account pay by GoCardless Direct Debit. Late payment may result in service suspension and the imposition of interest on overdue amounts at the rate specified in the invoice or as allowed by law.

Refund Policy

A refund may be requested within thirty (30) days of purchase if you are unable to use the Services due to a CCL error or omission, provided CCL has had 10 days to attempt resolution. Once an eSIM is installed it is considered used and no refunds are offered for accidental installation. Disputed charges must be notified to CCL in writing within twelve (12) days.

Acceptable Use, Warranties & Liability

You must not use the Services abusively, illegally, fraudulently, or in a way that impairs the network. Services are provided "as is" on a best-efforts basis; CCL does not guarantee uninterrupted, on-time, or fault-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCL is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, economic, special or exemplary damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services.

Device Compatibility & Peplink Licences

You are wholly responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. EuroYacht plans are only compatible with licensed Peplink routers supplied by Clase Connected. Active Peplink licences are mandatory for any vessel subscribing to Clase Connected airtime services; by signing this agreement you agree to the mandatory renewal of those licences.

Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the CCL Privacy Policy at www.claseconnected.com. CCL may collect and process geographical location information (GPS, IP, Wi-Fi, cell tower) to deliver location-based services and to comply with local regulatory regimes (notably IMEI registration in jurisdictions such as Colombia where this is required by law).

Electronic Signature & Records

You acknowledge that your typed signature, the act of submitting this form, and the records produced therefrom constitute valid electronic signatures and electronic records under the UK Electronic Communications Act 2000, the EU eIDAS Regulation, and (where applicable) the U.S. E-SIGN Act and UETA, and are legally binding to the same extent as a wet-ink signature.

Governing Law
